東京コンテナ工業は1950年3月東京北区王子に産声を上げた段ボール製造販売の専門会社として歴史と伝統を持つ会社です。５代目の社長として私は2005年に就任いたしました。

創業60年を迎え全役職員と共に“第2次創業”を成功させるべく私が先頭に立って粉骨砕身努力する所存です。現状に慢心することなく、本業の段ボール事業である社名のコンテナ（包む）のコンセプトを核に積極的な事業展開を目指して行きます。

また、お客様が選んで頂ける企業とは何かを常に追求し、お客さまに満足していただける会社にすべく、機械や装置の充実は基より、その機械を操作する社員、すなわち大切な当社の資産である人財の育成を第一に考え、常に諦めず挑戦する心を持つ光り輝く社員を育成することを教育の基本方針とし第2創業の礎といたします。

Statement from the President

Tokyo Container Kogyo Co., Ltd. is proud of our long
history and tradition, being founded in March 1950 in
Oji, Kita Ward, Tokyo, as a manufacturer and distributor
specialized in corrugated cardboards.

As we reached our 60th anniversary in 2010, I, together
with our employees, am determined to make every effort
to bring success to our “second start-up”. We are not
going to be satisfied with the status quo; we will aim
aggressively at our cardboard business evolution and
growth around the concept of “container”, to wrap
anything in the world.

Also, we will constantly pursue how we will be chosen
by our customers as their business partner, and make
the following foundation of the second start-up: not
only improving our machines and equipment, we will
make it our first priority to develop our human resources
which is our most important asset, and grow them to be
brilliant employees who have the mindset that never
gives up and continues to challenge.

We will always think highly of our employees’ family,
employees themselves, business partners and
customers, as written in our CREDO, so that we build
the environment where employees can feel secured and
work with all their might, resulting in creating better
products.
